DESCRIPTION
Join Judge Mintz, Judge Agati and your colleagues for a lunchtime of conversation, tips, and anecdotes. Bring your questions to ask in the safe environment of our lunch & learn session!

Judge Agati was confirmed by the Connecticut General Assembly as a Judge of the Superior Court in Connecticut in November 2000. During his career on the Bench, Judge Agati was assigned primarily to the Civil and Complex litigation dockets. He also served as the Administrative Judge and Presiding Judge for Civil in Waterbury.  Judge Agati retired from the bench in 2022 and joined Carmody, Torrance, Sandak and Hennessey LLP as a member of the ADR and Mediation Practice Group.

Judge Mintz was appointed to the Superior Court 1993; he served as the Civil Presiding Judge and the Assistant Administrative Judge for the Judicial District of Stamford/Norwalk, as well as the Administrative Judge and the Civil Presiding Judge for the Judicial District of Danbury. Judge Mintz retired from the bench at the end of 2019 and joined Carmody, Torrance, Sandak and Hennessey LLP in 2020 as a member of the ADR and Mediation Practice Group.
