Prepare To Launch: The Challenges And Opportunities Of Supporting Your Workforce In A Post-pandemic, Pro-justice World
This exciting and dynamic program will assemble mental health professionals; public officials; corporate leaders and professional trainers to discuss the pressing need for organizations to prepare for the reintegration of their workforce into live operations in the wake of the trauma caused by the pandemic and other social crises that have plagued our society during the last 18 months. This all-star roundtable will be moderated by Jim Carlon, Chair of the FCBA Wellness Committee, and will feature licensed and trained clinicians who will describe the impact of complex trauma on the human psyche. Corporate executives will discuss steps being taken within their organizations to prepare for the resumption of live business operations with a traumatized workforce. An expert on racial justice issues will discuss the particular impact of the pandemic on the minority community, and the particular care and attention that must be taken as that discrete segment of the employee population begins to reintegrate into the workplace. Corporate trainers will make the business case for the emotionally healthy office; and mental health trainers will provide simple and effective strategies to make the implementation of much needed wellness initiatives in the workplace manageable and effective. Finally, there will be some surprise panelists who will be introduced at the end.
This program is a must for any public or private company, law firm,
Non-for profit, government agency or anyone with employees.
